Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Qatar and Bosnia and Herzegovina numerous agreements in various fields of political, economic and cultural cooperation were signed. Several bilateral visits of highest officials were realized, crowned by the visits of HH the Father Emir  "may God protect him," in 1998 and 2010, and the visit of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad   Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, "may God protect him," in January 2016.
